Thank you for your interest in becoming a Sample Lab! Franchisee. To assist Sample Lab! International (referred to as 'us' or 'we') in assessing your interest, please provide the information below in English.

This is a two (2) step process:

STEP ONE

Complete and submit the Expression of Interest Form below.

STEP TWO

Once we have completed an initial assessment of your Expression Of Interest you will be required to prepare and send us a separate document with your responses to the following:

  • Brief summary of your business experience and background. Please provide a copy of your personal resume and details of your present employment. If a company please provide a copy of your company profile with details of company's business interests, number of employees, and countries in which you operate.
  • Experience in specialty retailing, hospitality, franchising etc. that you will bring to the Sample Lab! system.
  • Details of total funds and assets available to develop the Sample Lab! concept, including a breakdown by fund type: cash, real estate, business assets, external funding.
